We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with great facilities including a spa, gym, and restaurant. The staff were incredibly courteous and made us feel welcomed. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options.

Great food and spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located in a central area, which was convenient for sightseeing. I also enjoyed the spa facilities which were top-notch.
Poor customer service and undertrained staff. Unfortunately, the staff was undertrained and their poor service overshadowed the great facilities.

Had a great Xmas stay here! The facilities were well equipped, including a spa and gym. The location was fantastic, with a stunning forest view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The gym timings were not convenient, and we faced difficulty accessing it. Also, some of the staff required additional training to improve the quality of service.
